Скачать или смотреть DunedinPACE: A Critical Review of the Speed of Aging Test

In this video I share the results of my DunedinPACE test which determines someone's pace of aging. I explore the three research papers related to it, including the DunedinPoAm paper from 2020.

Test results are published on rejuvenationolympics.com and I web scraped the data to do a high level analysis of everyone's scores. I also identify a UK user who scored 0.59 (top 0.3%) and was able to interview him for this video, which I summarise at 6:11.

I finish by relating the score back to the 19 biomarkers used in the 2022 paper, and by improving things like Cholesterol levels, VO2 max and body composition it is likely to lead to lower scores.
