Karkala: All efforts have been made to ensure that the polling in Karkala assembly constituency is complete and peaceful. For this, 23 sectors have been created. Two have been appointed as assistant returning officers. Two have been appointed as nodal officers. A police officer will take the lead to maintain law and order. There will be a sector officer for 15 polling stations. Karkala Assembly Election Officer Madhan Mohan said that the preparations for the elections will be done under the supervision of all of them.
