• Deep expertise in SDLC best practices,
• agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and technical delivery in banking/capital markets
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and secure deployment in regulated environments
• DevOps practices, test automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping) to reduce technical debt and cycle times.
• Shared Services (Cloud, Security, Infrastructure)
• legacy system re-architecture, microservices adoption, API management (REST, SOAP), and event-driven design (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
