LET ATTACK TODAYS WORKOUT.

SO CREATE A SPACE WITH NO DISTRACTIONS, CRANK UP SOME MUSIC AND LETS GET AFTER IT.

WE HAVE 4 EXERCISES TO COMPLETE

AND OUR TIMER WILL BE SET FOR 30 SECONDS OF WORK AND 15 SECONDS OF REST.

WE ARE GOING TO COMPLETE THREE ROUNDS WITH MINIMAL REST.

SO LETS GET THOSE STRAPS OUT, HUNG UP AND SWEAT IT OUT!
