Built to withstand the rugged and demanding work environments found in service centers and mills alike, Red Bud Industries' Heavy Gauge Cut-To-Length/Plate Lines are designed to provide decades of dependable service processing material up to 1" (25.4 mm) x 96" (2440 mm) wide.

Our Dual Stub Uncoiler can handle coils up to 80,000 lb (36,288 kg) and our Heavy Gauge Drop Stacker can routinely stack blanks up to 40' (12 m) in lengths and stack weights up to 40,000 lb (18000 kg). Our In-Line Stage & Load System can pre-position multiple coils to free up your overhead crane for other uses.

The line can be configured to include our Stretcher Leveler to assure the material produced is the flattest most stable product possible. Stretch Levelling exceeds the yield in all the material from top to bottom and side to side to produce flat material that is significantly more stable than any other product.
