This single mom and her two kids spent almost 8 months living in an 11.5 foot camper while living in a Permaculture Food Forest. Without a working toilet without a working fridge, with FIVE cats, all while caring for an 8000 square foot garden, chickens, ducks and rabbits, AND building a tiny house with almost no building experience!
