Today was our Gymnastics Day - everyone got warmed up and then we went through several different workout variations that accommodated all fitness levels - beginner to advanced! After that, we got into a short conditioning piece.

Gymnastics:

5 Rounds for distance:
1:00 Handstand Walk
Rest 1:00

Conditioning:

3 Rounds for time
20 Toes to bar
30 Wallballs 20/14lbs
