Ingredients:
1/4 cup room temp water
1/4 cup of hot water
1tbs of @furtherfood gelatin use code DRALYSSA for 15% off
1 cup of juice of choice, I chose tart cherry 🍒

1. Stir gelatin into room temp water
2. Add in hot water and mix well, allow to sit for 1-2 mins
3. Stir in juice, mix well
4. Refrigerate for 4hrs
5. Enjoy! 😋

Gelatin is derived from collagen

What makes gelatin so great for gut health is that it decreases inflammation and provides amino acids (the building blocks to protein) that help rebuild the gut lining
