The more market ready you are, the better the chance for a quick sale and at the best price! Getting a home ready to sell does not have to be overwhelming. The best thing to do is to create a plan and stick to it. Make a schedule for larger projects that might take a little more time.

So you’ve cleaned up the yard, planted some flowers, cleaned out your house and started packing. You are not done yet my friends!
