Small Art Businesses AREN'T "Cosy"

Today I wanted to talk about why we shouldn't romanticise small businesses after being inspired by Ruby's Trinkets "STOP Romanticising art businesses" video.

This video is very different from the usual videos I post but I thought it was incredibly important to share as someone who tries to show the "reality" of growing a small business from scratch through studio vlogs. I wanted to share my own take on the subject matter and to show you all exactly what goes on behind the scenes of running an art business and how it's not as "cosy" as you might believe. I did this, NOT to scare anyone away from starting an art business, but instead to better educate anyone who dreams of starting one so you can be better equipped and prepared for what exactly it entails!
