The La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Pigeon Forge is a 2024 TripAdvisor travelers choice award winner. It was Built in 1999 as a Red Roof Inn and Suites as part of a new concept for Red Roof Inn's failed attempt to move its motel style economy lodging more upscale.

The LaQuinta Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge is centrally located and has 81 rooms arranged over 5 floors. It is a Pet friendly hotel (dogs and cats only, 2 total, up to 75 lbs per pet)* Pet fees are $25/day up to $75 per stay. Food and water bowls available upon request. It includes free wi-fi, free parking, free coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7, free hot breakfast buffet each morning from 7:00 AM–10:00 AM, including a waffle maker!
