Unboxing the printer:
Open the hp Envy 5055 printer box and remove all items from the box.
Gently remove all the protective materials on the printer.
Place the printer on a flat surface.

Power connection:
Connect the HP Envy 5055 printer power cord to the wall socket.
DO NOT connect the USB cable.
Connect the USB Cable after the HP Envy 5055 driver installation.

Install the ink cartridge:
Turn off your HP Envy 5055 printer.
Remove the old ink cartridge from your HP Envy 5055 printer
Place the new cartridge over the two plastic tabs used to secure the chip onto the cartridge.
Gently press down until the chip properly.
Now, close the top glass lid and power on the HP Envy 5055 printer.

Load paper on HP Envy 5055 Printer:
Pull out the paper tray from the bottom of your printer.
Slide the paper guide in front .
Load the paper stack with the print side facing down
Align the paper stack with the edge of the cassette.

HP Smart App Installation;
Download the software from the official website 123.hp.com/setup 5055
Choose your HP Smart App for HP Envy 5055 from the list.
Tap on Download, then choose your Computer OS and Install the HP Smart App.
Go to control panel add a printer menu and select your printer model.

HP Envy 5055 Wireless setup:
Install the HP Envy 5055 printer drivers/software.
Connect your printer with the laptop through USB cable.
Now connect your laptop to the same Wi-Fi network.
Disconnect the USB cable from laptop. Now use the printer through this software wirelessly.
