Today is a very sad day. Air India's London-bound flight AI-171 crash-landed just after take-off from Ahmedabad airport. Out of the 242 people on board, only one person has been reported to be found alive. 

Let's pray some more people are found alive. 

I had taken a challenge of posting one short video every day on the topic of Career Growth. 

But today, my heart goes to the people who lost their life and who got involved in this accident either as passengers and crew of the plane or people who were there on the ground in the hospital. 


As professionals, what is there for us to learn? 

The reasons are yet to be ascertained, 

But, it must have involved at least one or a combination of the four things: 

Safety system, 

Security system, 

Technical operations, 

Human actions. 

Well, as professionals, we ought to understand that:

No task, no target and no goal is more important than the safety and security of human lives. 

No challenge is more important than human life's safety. 

Let's be careful whenever we are handling a task or giving a task to somebody else to do. 

Let's pray that the departed souls rest in peace and the people in the hospital have faster recovery. Amen.
