The new station building at York Street (Yorkgate) opened to the public on the 28th April 2024 replacing the old building which dates from 1992.

In this video we take a look around the new building and then film some passing trains including MPV No.11 & 208 On a DD ECS movement.

York Street is the first station on the NIR network to be fitted with automatic ticket barriers.
Most main stations across the network will eventually be fitted with these barriers.
