A common scenario I see with new clients when we review their intake form is that they're always using vitamin C. They rarely use Vitamin A, but if they have, they often stop and start because it's too active and dries their skin out.

The key is picking the correct derivative of vitamin A. You do not have to use the acidic form, which is the prescription form. You do not have to use the alcohol form, which is retinol.

You must use the ester forms, which are the fat forms and the primary storage forms of vitamin A for the human body.

The ester form of Vitamin A is what I put every new client on - and I'm talking even the most sensitive skin types, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, etc.!
