Injuries to ligaments and tendons can be incredibly debilitating and take a long time to heal. But why are they often considered worse than muscle tears?

In this video, we're going to talk about how you can ruin an entire year of training in one session if you miss manage load and tear ligaments or tendons.

Ligaments and tendons are connective tissues that connect bones to each other and to muscles. They play a crucial role in stability and movement, but they are not as flexible or as easily repaired as muscles. When they are injured, it can take a long time for them to heal and they may never fully recover their previous strength or range of motion.

On the other hand, muscle tears are injuries to the muscle fibers themselves. While they can be painful and limit movement, they often heal more quickly and with less long-term damage than ligament and tendon injuries.
