The battle between Spiderman in IRON suit and Venom takes place in Grand Theft Auto 4

Spider-Man is a fictional character, a comic book superhero created by Marvel. The writer gave Spiderman lots of powerful abilities giving spider-man the responsibility to protect the people. Spiderman has superhuman strength and especially the spider-sense enabling Spiderman to detect and avoid any potential danger.

In this battle, Spiderman was given a Iron suit which was created by Tony Stark. With the suit, spiderman would be able to face his strong enemy which is Venom.

Venom, or the Venom Symbiote, is a fictional character appearing in books published by Marvel Comics.

Venom is a Symbiote, a sentient alien, with a gooey, almost liquid-like form that requires a host, usually human, to bond with for its survival, as with real world symbiotes, and to whom it endows enhanced powers. When the Venom Symbiote bonds with a human, that new dual-life form refers to itself as Venom.

The Symbiote's first known host was Spider-Man, who eventually separated himself from the creature when he discovered its true nature. Hence, Venom got all Spider-man power and even more powerful than Spiderman.
