Welcome back to the Burnout Diaries, where I work through burnout resulting from overworking myself.

Mornings look different now, slow and restful as I generally do not feel great at the beginning of the day, so this is one possibility of a new morning routine of mine. As it's Sunday, a hot relaxing bath seemed like the perfect addition to this routine.

This week I deal with two symptoms of stress: hair loss and headaches. I prefer using natural remedies when I can (but will obviously not ignore medicine either). Rosemary water has helped me in the past and is easy to make using homegrown rosemary, while peppermint oil is a regular remedy with fast relief for my tension headaches.
