No agris used, no coin used. Lvl2 loot scroll used. I'd recommend using blue scroll since there's not much value to be found in trash loot here.

From what I can say, unless you're a witch or wiz you're better off doing dehkia ash instead of this. Dehkia was meant to make older spots outdated and it almost succeeded here.

WHY ELIXIRS?
They give more dmg than frenzy draught and increase survivability

INFO ABOUT THE SPOT:
Taking barnas below 50% hp forces him to summon gairas, it's good if you don't kill him in the animation. Hitting barnas also seems to aggro all the volkras around him (as long as they don't go over the aggro limit). Hitting the seed spawns a wave of gairas, if it goes over the aggro limit it seems like the game will prioritise gairas instead of volkras, it's not desirable. Volkras have better loot tables than gairas. That's the reason why as a nova we want to avoid hitting the seeds, if seed isn't hit it won't spawn gairas. No special mechanics of any sort, no bosses, no elites, a very simple spot with a confusing aggro mechanic.

GUIDE TO THE SPOT:
Hit Barnas with anything that can draw him below 50% hp (first hits of SLMB, SHIFTLMB (accel), SHIFTQ (accel), SHIFTQ etc)
While Volkras are aggroing you can kill 1-2 mobs (usually volkras + gairas) so you're able to aggro a bit more mobs while you're finishing off the pack. When pack comes in you should try to be as stationary as possible, when volkras start disappearing, dash back and finish them with 360 aoe skills like WQ Q etc. If any mob is on the way to the next pack you can use SLMB F WF to kill them (or any other high dps combo combined with WF).

COMBO:
SHIFTQ SLMB SHIFTRMB Brutal WQ Q, that's usually enough.
If mobs still alive dash back and use whatever else is up, like SHIFTQ, Quoratums Earth, magnus, SHIFTLMB etc.
Be really careful about using WQ and SHIFTLMB, try to aim at Gairas, Volkras can ignore collisions.
Use F as a cancel for SHIFTQ or SHIFTRMB if you want, not required.

I worked with nova discord friends on this so it's fairly reliable.

Next is probably Dehkia Ash, I grinded 2h there already and I'm already close to the cap. Not sure about Yzrahid though, I wanna try it but the market is dead already and I still don't like PA going out of their way to nerf DSR just to make Yzrahid look better. It also seems pretty hardcapped for now with a gimmick mechanic being the only influence on tl/h.
