Here’s a demo of the cycle 3 trombone audition etude for ILMEA District 7, #90 from Second Book of Practical Studies for Trombone by Gerald Bordner. First I played the etude as I would perform it with added dynamics and slight rubato, second (at 1:35) is the etude with a metronome set at 78 beats per minute as assigned for the audition.

Filmed in the band room at Hinsdale South High School in Darien, IL; one of several Chicago land locations where I’m available for lessons.
