U-S First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton continued her first full scale tour of New York on Thursday with a visit to Cooperstown, New York and a discussion on health care.

The upstate New York city greeted Mrs. Clinton with warm wishes and open arms.

The First Lady discussed health care with the a New York based health care group as she maintains a strong commitment to the plight of American health care reform.

Prospective Senate candidate, Hillary Rodham Clinton and wife of U-S President Bill Clinton is in New York touring the countryside and visiting with native New Yorkers to discuss issues that are most important to them.

This is the second day of Hillary Clinton's first full scale trip to New York since announcing the formation of an exploratory committee into a seat in the United States Senate representing New York.

The First Lady has been received with both cheers and jeers from New Yorkers feeling strongly either for or against her potential Senate campaign.

On Thursday Clinton met professionals and consumers at the Bassett Healthcare Centre in Cooperstown.

Hillary Clinton is no stranger to health care reform as the strong force behind the Clinton administration's failed attempt at U-S health care reform, she teased the audience in remembrance of her efforts.

"You may recall that I have had some thoughts about health care and Healthcare reform in the past. And certainly coming out of that experience I remain committed to the idea of providing quality, affordable, health care to every American."

Mrs. Clinton also found time to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and autograph baseballs.

Clinton aides say her trip to New York will end on Friday night in Albany.
