So, Mythic N'zoth became soloable. His Sanity mechanic is no longer relevant, as getting 'insane' will just reset the bar over to 30, and getting into the realm no longer gives you the debuff, which means you can kill Psychus both times as normal.

Adds & boss have a ton of hp, but it's essentially a tank & spank.
