Low percentage of Americans in military is "deeply problematic as a democracy," Pat Ryan says

Reps. Pat Ryan and Mike Waltz, two of the veterans currently serving in Congress, join "Face the Nation" ahead of Memorial Day to discuss issues facing American veterans. The percentage of Americans in the military, Ryan says, is "deeply problematic as a democracy."
