Meet Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan—a towering figure, literally and metaphorically—who stood six feet four inches tall and carried himself with a spine as straight as his moral compass. Often called the “Frontier Gandhi” or “Seemant Gandhi,” he was a true nationalist Muslim, a Bharat Ratna awardee, and a devout follower of non-violence. Leading the Khudai Khidmatgars, or “Servants of God,” he dedicated his life to India’s freedom struggle and the service of humanity. To this day, he remains an inspiring example of what unwavering faith in truth, unity, and compassion can achieve.

मिलिए ख़ान अब्दुल ग़फ़्फ़ार ख़ाँ से—छह फ़ुट चार इंच लंबे इस महापुरुष की सिर्फ़ क़द-काठी ही नहीं, बल्कि उनके आदर्श भी उतने ही ऊँचे थे। उन्हें भारत में “फ़्रंटियर गांधी” या “सीमान्त गांधी” के नाम से जाना जाता था। पाकिस्तानी सरज़मीं पर उन्हें बाचा ख़ाँ कहा जाता है। भारत रत्न से सम्मानित यह राष्ट्रवादी मुसलमान अहिंसा का ऐसा पुजारी था जो जीवन भर ख़ुदाई ख़िदमतगारों—अर्थात् “ईश्वर के सेवकों”—का नेतृत्व करके भारत की आज़ादी और मानवता की सेवा में समर्पित रहा। आज भी ख़ान साहब संघर्ष, सत्य, एकता और करुणा के प्रतीक बने हुए हैं, जिनसे हमें आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा मिलती है।
