The vintage railroad crossing signals were refurbished and re-installed. On July 28, 2019, the Point Richmond community in the City of Richmond, CA had a celebration on the restoration of the Wig Wags, two historic train crossing signals that have been part of the community for more than a century.

The piece features Karen Buchanan, the Co-Chair of the Wig Wag Celebration Committee, and Dan Furtado, the man responsible for the restoration, as well as remarks from Tom Butt, the Mayor of the City of Richmond.
