Truck Delivery for Larger Items and Orders

At DecksDirect, we're determined to help you get everything you need to build your dream deck and our warehouse team members consistently aim to get your items packed and delivered to you without any problems. Orders containing larger items such as full railing panels or deck boards have to be picked and palletized by our warehouse department to arrive at your home or job site in tip-top condition.

These pallets will get on the back of a freight truck and be personally driven to your destination. As the truck driver gets closer to your location, they will reach out to you via a phone call so that the two of you can schedule a day and time window for them to meet you at your home. Once the truck arrives, you can inspect your order, unwrap the pallet, and remove the items and pallet to wherever you need them.
