It's a spin on manifestation and positive affirmation but does it really work? Are there risks and dangers involved? Or is it all absolute nonsense? Watch this video to find out.

I discuss the evidence-based principles that this concept is (loosely) based on including cognitive behavioural therapy and confirmation bias, and how we can learn a lot from depression about how this might work.
