Ingredients:
• 40-50g of Nettles including stems (30-40g without stems)
• 1 splash of oil
• Half an onion
• 1 clove of garlic (optional)
• 1 small potato
• 1 vegetable stock cube
• 450ml water
• 1 teaspoon of cornflour (optional)
• 5-6 Hawthorne flowers (optional)

Optional extras not used in this clip:
• Salt
• Pepper
• Ginger
