SM:TV Live - Fart Attack: The Last Straw! (3rd November 2001)

Another one of the sketches made during the golden era of SMTV's run with Ant, Dec and Cat between August 1998-April 2002 was "Fart Attack" a parody of fellow CITV/Disney series Art Attack hosted by Neil Buchanan, in which this spoof contains, you guessed it, unneccessary farting jokes and foul toilet humor.

This and the Heartbeat parody "FARTbeat" are some of the more disgusting sketches made for the series, and you also have to remember that KIDS were watching this!!!!

However, the final installment of this sketch on 3rd November 2001 was SO BAD that they had to hire the REAL Neil Buchanan to come onto SMTV that week and put an end to Ant's disgusting chagrims.

Fun fact: When Neil roasts Ant about parodying his show WITHOUT his permission, he tells Ant he "has an award-winning series starting up again Monday on this channel!" thus breaking the 4th wall since this is most likely referencing Art Attack Season 14 which was about to air Monday November 5th at 4:15PM on ITV1 and CITV, the same two channels that SM:TV Live and CD:UK also airs on.
