The method and measurements of the skirt part is different than my other videos (I only used 1 yard and it's enough to gather skirt. Skirt is puffy enough.). For future costume and outfit making, this method will be the basic part. I will not repeat this method in other videos, so I will give a link of the video if I use this method to making first part of a dress. ^^ If the fabric is not Halloween themed print, I would wear this dress in daily life. ^^
