Cannabis Grow 4.0 Part 6: Harvest Day Part 2! 👩🏽‍🌾💚🌱 (September 1st 2024)

Hey plant peeps! It’s harvest day!!! Part 2!

Today we will be harvesting and drying Red Mimosa.

And I’ll be giving you guys a quick update on how the drying stage went for Double Grape, and a mini update on Dark Devil as well!

Red Mimosa has been an interesting grow. Her 🌸s are small and it think it’s because she had root rot that went unnoticed.

I’m just ready for her to be out of the tent, so it’s time to harvest! This will be a quick one since she’s so small!

I cut down her 🌸s and started wet trimming them. It only took me a few minutes to finish.

I’m a little disappointed that she didn’t grow bigger, but want to try growing her again!

The 🌸s will be drying for about a week or so, and then it’s off to the curing stage.

Double Grape finished drying in about 4 days. The smaller the 🌸s are, the faster they dry, and these 🌸s were pretty small.

I separated the LARFY 🌸s from the rest of the batch.

LARF stands for light and really fluffy and I have a bunch of it because I didn’t defoliate the parts of the plant that didn’t have much access to light.

Had I done this, the main 🌸s probably would’ve grown bigger.

I got about 2.5 o*nces of regular 🌸s, and just under o*nce of LARF.

The LARF 🌸s are going straight to the LEVO to make butter because It’s annoying grinding it to 💨.

The 🌸s will be curing for at least a week or two before they’re fully ready but I already tried her and let me tell you!!!! She’s so much stronger than the last time!

And for a quick update on Dark Devil. I’m really proud of this organic hydro grow! The 🌸s are stacking nicely so far!

I’ve learned so much through my experiments, but I don’t think I’ll be doing another organic hydro grow this next run because I want to focus on yield, and this has been limiting it.

I’m still debating on what I’m going to grow my next run, and if I’m growing aut*s or phot*s but hopefully I’ll have it figured out soon!
