Simple Home-Style Fish Curry 🐟🍛

Ingredients
• Fish pieces
• Turmeric, salt, lemon juice (for marination)
• Mustard oil
• Rai (mustard seeds) & kalonji
• Ginger–garlic paste
• Yellow mustard seeds
• Black mustard seeds
• Green chillies
• Chopped tomatoes
• Red chilli paste
• Degi mirch paste
• Fish masala
• Garam masala (a pinch)
• Fresh coriander leaves

Method:

🐠 Fish marinated with turmeric, salt & lemon, then shallow-fried till light golden.
Cooked in mustard oil, tempered with rai and kalonji, followed by sautéed ginger-garlic. Tomatoes, red chilli, degi mirch and fish masala added, then added mustard and green chilli paste.
Added the fried fish and simmered for 10–15 mins.
Finished with a tsp of garam masala & freshly chopped coriander.

Enjoyed with hot rice 😋
