This casserole brings all the Big Mac flavors—ground beef, pickles, cheese, that special sauce—and bakes it into a warm, bubbly dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights or feeding a crowd like ours. It’s quick, super easy to throw together, and packed with flavor. I couldn’t believe how much it really did taste like a Big Mac! My family says to make sure I add more pickles when I make it again.

🍔 Big Mac Casserole Recipe:
Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsps. garlic powder
1/4 cup Worchester sauce
2 tbsps. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp of garlic powder and onion powder
1/2 tbsp of white pepper and smoked salt
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 to 2 blocks cream cheese (depending on how thick you want it)
1 cup sour cream

Cheese Sauce:
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried dill
3 tbsp thousand island dressing

Additional Ingredients:
1 box of oven ready lasagna noodles
1 cup chopped dill pickles
2 cups sliced cheddar cheese
1 to 2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing (or more if you love it saucy!)
Sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain any excess grease.
then add seasoning and cook another 10 minutes then add cream cheese and sour cream, melt cheese then set aside.
3. Make cheese sauce by adding all ingredients and mixing then set aside.
4. Layer with each ingredient ending with meat and cheese sauce and bake.
5. Remove from oven and add cheese bake for another 10 minutes, remove again sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let stand and then top with lettuce and pickles.

Serve hot and enjoy the Big Mac magic!
