LRS has an application caled LRSConnect that is browser driven, and it integrates with the TX7471 series of pager transmitters. One of the features includes the messaging to customers who are not on site but might be waiting to be called back to the opticians.

By using the LRSConnect on-site in any opticians, it can be used for a wait list to help manage customers on-site or off-site. It's possible to create important reporting of key metrics that can't easily be obtained any other way.

And of course, the LRS TX7471 and the software supports ALL Long Range Systems pagers as well as SMS texts (note there is a charge for the SMS messages).
