Print Mold Design (PMD)

PMD (Print Mold Design) is a further development of Insert Molding. In this unique process, individually manufactured, partly complex designs are applied to high-grade molded components by Insert Molding.
Thanks to a decorative film up to 1 mm thick and screen printing on both sides, a wide range of design options are possible which cannot be realized with any other process. In this sheet-fed process, strong 3D effects, matt-gloss surfaces, backlighting and haptic effects are possible.
