STORYLINE
Demonstrators around the world urged Myanmar on Saturday to end the crackdown on protesters seeking an end to Myanmar's decades-long military dictatorship and called on China to use its influence with the country's generals to broker change.
About 30 people, including Myanmar citizens, rallied outside the Chinese government's liaison office in Hong Kong.
Demonstrators launched another day of protests outside the Myanmar embassy in Bangkok on Saturday, calling for an end to the military crackdown against pro-democracy protests in Yangon.
But one demonstrator insisted the protests would "continue until we get democracy".
