Welcome to Episode 79 of the the UNFILTERED: Life & Awakening Podcast on all topics of Spiritual Awakening and Self Discovery.

In this episode we continue our previous topic of positive psychosis and look deeper into the self-discovery process of discussing how these preset patterns of protection propagate and make themselves known in our adult years.

We briefly touch on the process that causes us to set these patterns in the first place and then discuss how these blind patterns cause a disservice to our being in later years.

We discuss various approaches and ways one can unravel these presets, how they present themselves with various examples in our lives, and how we can start to look at these presets through the lens of spiritual awakening.

We dive further into the unique and magical setup of our subconscious mind and how we trick ourselves in believing that our preset patterns of operation keep us safe and what it would take to start seeing, undoing, and becoming aware of these patterns forward.

As always, we bring in many personal stories and examples of this process and discuss our own personal struggles within this parameter.
