Honey Beer Chicken

Preparation time : 20 Minutes


Required Ingredients:-

2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
250 ml Beer
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tsp White Wine Vinegar
4 Tsp Soya Sauce
1 Tsp Mustard Powder
1 Medium Onion Diced
8 - 10 Garlic Cloves
Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste


Preparation Method:-

Heat a Large Skillet over Medium-High heat, Add Oil to Pan

Place the Chicken Pieces in the Pan

Season with Salt and Pepper

Let it Cook for 3 minutes on each side

Remove the Chicken Pieces to a Plate

To the same Pan add Mustard Powder and Minced Garlic

Stir a little

Add in the Diced Onion

Stir fry until translucent

Add Soya Sauce, and the White Wine Vinegar

Add in the Beer and Honey

Let the sauce reduce to half on medium-high heat

Now add the chicken pieces back to the pan

Bask the Top with the Sauce using a Spoon

Cook for 5 minutes on each side

Once done, transfer to a Plate

Beer Honey Chicken Ready.
