I first started coming to Park City 43 years ago. In 1998, I moved to Park City from the San Diego area, where I had been building custom homes since I ended my football career. My wife Jennie grew up here and remembers when Park City had no stoplights. Park City has changed, but the small town feel has remained. Jennie and I enjoy participating in the Park City community and taking advantage of the active lifestyle, where we can blend work and play into our everyday life.

Being intrinsically involved with this magnificent piece of property has kept me very busy and professionally fulfilled. I have had the distinct pleasure of overseeing the design, development, and construction of the 26 miles of roads, 73 bridges, 11 ski lifts and 100 plus ski trails that are inside of the Colony's 4300 acres.

Being the developer of the Colony allows me to enjoy my winter and summer passions while I work. I grew up in Lake Tahoe, California and have been an avid skier for 60 years. Skiing is in my blood. Living and working in a ski resort is an incredible experience. Every winter, I spend as much time on the mountain as possible. I ski, snowshoe and snowmobile with our owners, guests and planners to receive valuable insight and feedback on how we are doing with the development. In the summer I am on my bike or hiking with Bridger, laying out new home sites, roads, and ski trails while overseeing our contractors who are physically building the next phase of our development.

Through the years, our development team has worked exceptionally hard to make The Colony unique and special. I am confident, that once you experience this incredible place, first-hand, you will agree.
