Scarborough’s worst Hotel The Green Gables

We stayed 2 nights at the Green gables hotel in Scarborough North Yorkshire,
We paid £80 for 2 nights ,when we arrived the guy on reception was polite and very helpful,check in was quick with no hassles ,we had the choice of 2 rooms both large and ensuit shower toilet .
However the rooms and general state of hotel let the staff down .
Beds too soft hardly slept due to this and the noise was a constant problem. We did complain about the noise and bed but was told there was nothing they could do as the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. Any how I would rate the hotel 3 out of 10 .
It’s cheap accommodation warm with basic facilities.
