By performing this golf swing drill on your knees your able to feel and understand how the lower body moves without having the compensations that plague so many golfers due to their lack of stability and awareness in their lower body.

How to do this:

3 kneeling punch drills
1 standing punch
1 shot at 50%
2 kneeling punch drills
1 standing punch drill
1 shot at 70%
Take a 1 minute rest and the repeat for a maximum of 15 minutes
