Compiling and documenting the history of Blue Prince from within the game was an effort of several weeks, and putting it all together and making sense of some parts still more weeks. I dare say I’ve seen and screenshotted (and double-checked, corrected, and re-screenshotted) every known document in this game and gone down every rabbit hole I could find to make sure I wasn’t leaving anything out. I read multiple (often competing) theories and tried to at least do justice to their basic tenets where necessary to fill in this timeline. Facts and conjecture should be readily discernible from each other, and despite my best efforts, I’m sure I’ve made at least one error somewhere in here. It’s a complex game, and I’m pretty sure at least one fix was published while I was still working on this that affected some of the info. While not every scrap of paper appears here, I’ve done my best to address every event, every email, every letter, every crossed T and dotted I of any relevance whatsoever.
