Bahan-bahan:
100gr tepung maizena sangrai (1400)

500gr tepung ketan putih (11.500)
100gr gula pasir (1700)
3 sdm tepung maizena
1 sachet pop ice stroberi (1500)
500ml air
secukupnya pewarna merah rose
2 sdm minyak goreng

Isian:
200gr selai stroberi (2800)

Toping:
3 bungkus goriorio bubuk (1500)

55pcs kertas bolu (3000)

gas+tenaga (5000)

Modal -+ Rp 28.400 jadi 55 pcs.
Modal per pcs= 28.400 : 55 = 516,3

Jika dijual 1000, omset= 1000x55 = 55.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 55.000 - 28.400
= 26.600

❤️RESEP KE 2: MOCHI ISI COKELAT Rp.1000

Bahan-bahan:
500gr tepung ketan putih (11.500)
4 sdm gula pasir (500)
1 sachet serbuk minuman chocolatos (2500)
600ml air
1 sdm pasta cokelat

150gr tepung aci/kanji/sagu sangrai {untuk baluran} (2100)

350gr selai cokelat (9800)

66 lembar kertas bolu mini (4000)

gas+tenaga (5000)

Modal -+ Rp 35.400 jadi 66 pcs.
Modal per pcs= 35.400 : 66 = 536,3

Jika jual 1000, omset= 1000 x 66 = 66.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 66.000 - 35.400
= 30.600
