Hi guys and welcome to my RAF fitness test video. Today I done my actual RAF Fitness test and I will be talking about the day, what I learned, what I done differently and most importantly whether I passed or failed. Hope this video is helpful. See you in the next one.

Things I forgot

Times:

Run time: 11 min 02 sec
Push ups: 20 in 17 seconds.
Sit ups 35 in 50 seconds.

If you are going for regiment gunner obviously keep in mind they expect you to do better than the 'minimum' standards so please keep that in mind.

Also I meant people mainly FAIL on the sit-ups not pass.
