Former CEO of Phonex Broadband Corporation, a high-tech company that develops home networking products for connecting today's technologies without adding new wires or cables. Products are manufactured in China. The company now has over 15 million devices in the market. John is a former IBM sales and marketing manager with several years spent at IBM HQ. He was recruited to be a director with Verizon. John has 5 children who have serve missions to Venezuela; England; China; and Croatia. All the children graduated from BYU except the youngest, Tiffany that is currently a sophomore at BYU. John is married to Robyn Pinegar who has been involved with BYU's Travel Study and Alumni Offices over the past 30 years. They are proud grandparents of 5 boys and 1 girl. John is currently serving on the High Council of the Sandy Utah Granite South Stake. John enjoys speaking at the Entrepreneur Lecture Series on the topic of taking your ideas from your head to the market. He is a member of the NAC and is also a board member of The MountainWest Capital Network.
