Cooperworks Distilling is known for its award-winning spirits, but now their Kenmore tasting room has become a destination for both drinks and dining.

That is because now it is home to a restaurant, De La Soil.

"It is a farm-to-table community gathering space masquerading, I guess, as a restaurant collaboration with a distillery."

Husband and wife Cody and Andrea Westerfield are the chef-owners of De La Soil. The pair worked in restaurants all over Seattle before opening De La Soil as a private event and pop-up company back in 2018.
