Important moments like collisions are also automatically flagged and recorded on the app, meaning that it’s a breeze to go back and find that footage. Nexar is able to alert the authorities and your family or friends immediately in the case of an emergency, and will send out text messages automatically. This is a great way to ensure that you are protected at all times, even if you are unable to respond after an accident. The alert even includes a shared location, a one-tap link to contact 911, and even access to the dash cam video to see exactly what’s going on. The dash cam viewing feature is especially helpful for letting your friends see exactly how serious the situation may be and how they should respond.
