When somebody tries to open the terms and conditions during checkout on your WooCommerce store, by default, they open on the same page, in a little box. It's much more professional, easier to read and less annoying if they open in a new tab instead. Using a function is a very simple way to open the terms and conditions page in a new tab without any plugins.

Make sure you use a child theme and backup your website before doing this!
