WORST Elevator I've Ever Seen - Montgomery Hydraulic Elevator - Watt/I-80 Station - Sacramento, CA

[Recorded 11-7-20] Ladies and gentlemen...I present to you the WORST elevator I've ever been on throughout my 9 years of filming elevators. I don't even know where to START with this piece of junk. Let me actually start off by describing the actual place. I was only here for about 10 minutes. Within that time frame, I saw two homeless people take a piss (one of which can be seen in the video), pigeons crap, and crackheads lighting it up at the bus stop. The amount of sketchiness that this station gives off is insane. I mean, look how freakin DIRTY everything is!! I highly doubt it's been cleaned since the pandemic started, which is very concerning. As for the one elevator that was actually working...that's a whole separate world. For a while, the Church St Muni Station elevator held the record for the worst elevator I've been on, but this one has surpassed that by afar. Let me elaborate in detail. The elevator reeked of piss. That's because the entire floor was covered in half an inch of it. Yummy. There was graffiti EVERYWHERE. The fixtures are all sticky. The lights have been smashed, along with EVERY SINGLE WINDOW. The elevator runs like it looks...like crap! The doors sound wonderful too. Yeah...this thing is absolutely disgusting. This is the only transit station in Sacramento with elevators, and I guess that's a good thing. Judging by how these are maintained, I don't think they'd be able to handle more.
