How do you operate on a 20 minute cut job when you don't have relief? The minute you start to fatigue, you become inaccurate with your tool. So first off, is the cutters, okay if I carry it like this now my shoulders, my bicep, my forearm, my trapezoid, everything is in play right here and I'm moving to the call.
By the time I get there, my left arm, which is my good arm, is already taxed out. So I'm gonna either carry it long armed like this so that only thing is affected is my grip. 'cause believe it or not, you don't use a lot of your grip on extrication. The other way is gonna be called a cradle. It's gonna look like this.
It's in front of the halo on any tool out there on the market. And I'm gonna carry it close to my body. I can carry this tool and move and go wherever I want, as long as I'm cradle. If I'm gonna cut an A post cut close to my body, okay, copy that. If I've gotta get it up on a car, I don't want to clean and jerk it all the way up to pass it over the roof to the other side.
I got a low carry. My arms, biceps, shoulders aren't working. I'm gonna scoop it in. When the tool's up in a high position and I go to bring it down, I'm gonna bring it down closer to my body and slide it into my loving arms. Just like this. Like holding a baby either on your hip, right or right here. Close it.
Never get on your knees at a car, 'cause the car may bite you or something. You can work on your knees, but I will tell you, if you get on your knees now, your legs are no longer in play. It is all waist up and it will smoke you. If you have to do it, do it by all means. But if I can, instead of trying to do this, curling it up and shoving it in, if I just do the wrestler, I come in, I pretty much feel where I want it.
I just change my level like a wrestler. Boom. I'm solid all day.
